As with the rest of the series, this book will aim to provide instructors and students with several cases on various topics of Innovation  and Entrepreneurship in tourism. This book approaches the growth paradigm in tourism destinations and products, explores the dynamics of entrepreneurship in a global context, analyses emerging markets and new business models, and elicits the implications of innovation and entrepreneurship in different contexts and within a transdisciplinary perspective.
